In energy circulation systems across industries such as power generation, refrigeration, and chemical processing, heat exchangers and condensers are the core equipment that enable efficient energy conversion. And specialized welded tubes serve as the “capillaries” of these devices—they are manufactured using a special cold-rolling process, featuring thin and uniform tube walls with thermal conductivity that is more than 15% higher than that of ordinary steel pipes.

In condensers used in the thermal power industry, these welded pipes can rapidly condense steam discharged from steam turbines into water, significantly boosting power generation efficiency. In reboilers of chemical distillation columns, they enable precise heat transfer, ensuring stable separation of materials.

Meanwhile, its excellent corrosion resistance enables it to operate reliably for extended periods even under complex operating conditions containing chloride ions and sulfides, reducing the frequency of equipment downtime and maintenance. This makes it a key contributor to achieving the dual-carbon goals.
